Now a detailed recount of what happened today.
I reached school at normal school time and was about to go into the gallery when i saw tiffanie, speaking on the phone. we went downstairs and we lined up there. then kaya and renisha came. and chloe came and said we were sitting on where p6 prize winners were supposed to sit. we continued sitting there but some teacher came and chase us away.
the prize giving was totally boring
g-o-h come, muz stand up, then sang national anthem and and said the pledge.
(ok, this is getting boring. i think i will go straight to the point)
mr ng and g-o-h gave their speeches then came the prize giving. then chinese orchestra performance, choir, then gymnastics!!!!!this year's performance had two new items.
then we were dismissed...me, tiff and zhiyi went to 6a's toilet to change and walked to jelita. i bought the honey glazed chicken steak for $2.85.
then we went to 7-eleven and they bought some disgusting-looking and foul-smelling mashed potato. they regretted buying. luckily i didnt buy. :)
then walked to henry park apartments, played at the playground for awhile then went to eat secret recipe. I ordered a choc brownie that had cheese in the middle. zhiyi wanted to order a choc banana cake, but didnt have enough money so tiff had to lend her money.
the brownie was heavenly. the menu said that the price included gst and svc charge, but we were still charged. having the most money, tiff paid for all the extras. :)
went back to school, walked around, felt rather stupid, was forced to drink water cooler water and went into staffroom to find mrs seow for her signature. she was busy in some room. we saw lulala lying down on the table. she looked funny...
then enqi came, thenshirlyn and we went up to the hall for grad party. shortly after, cheryl came and the ppl who went mukkam's house came. mr lim was emcee.
first game was scavenger hunt. stupid shirlyn refused to get her bottom off the seat. :) we lost horribly, i think. they asked for weird things like a teacher's ic, and a kiss mark.
next game was identifying places in our school. we lost horribly oso.
then it was eating time. 6a was last to go out!! so by the time we went out, the plates were all gone. but later, plates arrived and i ate some stuff. we took several pics during that time.
the third game required us to pick out 5 ppl frm our class to do something. the something turned out to be fixing a jigsaw puzzle. 6a came in first!!! :) I SO LOVE 6A!
the prize was colour pencils. diao.
then music came on and we were allowed to dance. we ended up playing a slapping game. by the end of it, our cheeks were all red. :)
before we left, we took some grp photos. beaver started crying. then fel also started crying. gale, who was crying really badly came to hug us, and that's how i started crying. cheryl and I went back, but halfway through, chloe called us that they were all at 6a classroom. so we ran back.
and i got quite a shock when i went back. kaya and chloe were crying oso!! only shirlyn and cheryl and mukkam didnt cry. cheryl could even dance!! not emo at all.
tiff, zhiyi, cheryl, kaya, shirlyn, mukkam, chloe, karen, fel and me went on a tour of our school. halfway, kaya, shirlyn and mukkam got separated from us and tiff, zhiyi and cheryl went home. so left karen, chloe, beaver, fel and me. i think i cried the hardest. there's too much memories of mine in hpps. i find it really hard to leave it all and move on to sec school. i used to hate hpps, hoping to be out faster. but now, when the time has come, i find it so hard to say goodbye. hugging friends was wad made me cry the most. then me and karen walked to bus-stop together.
wat a really sad, emotional and touching day.
